If you’re looking to straighten your hair chemically, there are two different options available to you. Therefore, they are an excellent option if you love your rings but find that they are a bit too much work to maintain and care for. The main difference between the two processes is the treatments’ duration; texturizers can be left on for as little as five minutes, as their purpose is only to loosen the bonds rather than completely break them down. In contrast, the purpose of a hair relaxer is to permanently straighten your hair and remove your natural curl pattern altogether. Relaxing solutions are usually left on your hair for 15-25 minutes. The chemical components of relaxer and texturizer are very similar, and they are both applied in the same way, but texturizers use a very mild strength relaxer.
